Staff
All staff at Chestnut Lodge recieve full Induction Training when joining the team. The Induction Training covers various care-related topics and helps our staff to care for our service users effectively. This training is refreshed annually.
Staff also recieve the oppurtunity to train towards a Health & Social Care Diploma (formally NVQ). This helps them to further their knowledge and gain more experience.
Chestnut Lodge is run by Jane Travers (Manager/Owner) and her Son, Raymond Travers (Deputy Manager). Jane is a qualified mental health nurse and Raymond is working towards an NVQ Level 4 in Leadership & Management in Care Services.
